iConsult is a comprehensive, customer-centric sales performance-coaching program that is applicable to all dealerships. It is based on the fundamental principles of selling as well as the psychology of how people buy vehicles and helps your staff understand how to create a relationship with a prospect and close a sale. The coaching program is personalized and delivered to your sales staff at your dealership by our Certified Performance Coaches.
The iConsult coach is hands-on and works side by side with your sales staff, demonstrating how to convert leads into appointments and get prospects to the showroom floor. The coaching program uses interactive e-mail templates, phone scripts, and comprehensive workbooks to help your sales people establish a relationship with customers and lead them through a sales process designed to close the sale.
The iConsult coach will spend around 9 days annually at the dealership, coaching your staff in improving phone and email skills, conducting sales process training, and role-based exercises in a simulated real-life environment. The coaching program concludes with your sales staff demonstrating their newly learnt skill sets with live customers, creating real sales opportunities at the end of the training session.
iConsult also includes a Sales Operations Management website, which lets you monitor sales goals and performance metrics, enabling you to hold your Internet staff accountable for continued high performance.
