In 2009 the world around us has changed forever and we are all very lucky to have endured one of the most difficult economic times in our history. We have all been pained as we’ve seen friends and business partners struggle to survive this economic winter, and have been saddened as many failed to make it. But while the last year has been one of many questions, anger and disappointments, there is now new life, budding happiness, and new opportunities.

We can take some measure of pride in looking back at all that has happened to us and the world, and know that our experiences of the past year have tempered and strengthened us as we prepare to explore the opportunities in the new year.

| The next year will surely be brighter. As a company we have wonderful things going on, new products and innovation happening all around us. As an industry we are examining new ways of doing business; charting a course to where we need to go and what needs to be accomplished to make the journey. |
