Sanjay Soni

Managing Director

Mr. Sanjay Soni is the co-founder and Managing Director of Logix Microsystems Limited. He is 39 years of age. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and has done his MBA from IIM, Bangalore. He has over 15 years experience in the software industry and as the Managing Director, he has been instrumental in steering the progress of the Company. Mr. Soni has also authored several books on Computer Science and has received an award from the Late Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi for his work on the spread of computer education in India, in the 1990s.

He is responsible for the Indian operations as well as financial management for the whole company. He has been involved in the various fund raising rounds of the company since the IPO in 1999 and interacts closely with the large foreign and domestic institutional investor base of the company.
