Full time position in Digital Marketing
The Strategic Account Manager, Digital Marketing, South Florida will be responsible for managing and executing multiple web-based marketing initiatives for auto-dealerships, and will be the main point of contact for all marketing project activities.
You will be required to visit your clients on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of client services. Responsibilities include devising strategies to increase traffic and leads for the assigned clients. You must be creative, driven, client focused and have experience overseeing website enhancements, landing pages, e-mail campaigns, interactive media, Google Analytics, and social media strategies. You will interact and coordinate with multiple teams (clients, support teams, internal design & development teams), and must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, along with having strong communication and team based skills to execute multiple projects with demanding deadline expectations. You will be working remotely from your home, but will be required to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Act as project lead to understand, identify and execute all client needs for online marketing initiatives and multiple web-based projects.
- Formulate strategic direction and vision with account teams and clients to achieve desired marketing objectives.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into web based tactics and plans that will be executed by internal client support teams.
- Manage the gathering of client requirements and proper documentation process to communicate those requirements from vision through planning and execution with the design and development teams.
- Create project plan(s) and manage all project tasks and activities with various teams (design, development, and other technical teams).
- Analyze project metrics to ensure that they meet business requirements/objectives.
Qualified candidates should possess:
- The competency to develop unique marketing concepts and ideas, and create strategic plans, tactical plans, and creative briefs.
- Knowledge and experience with each stage of project and/or product life cycles and methodologies.
- Project collaboration techniques: brainstorming, consensus building, team-building, conflict resolution, etc.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and/or teams to understand project objectives and expectations.
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Agency and/or consulting experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience of Internet related technologies a plus.
- Experience with online media and website development a plus.
- Agency or brand marketing experience a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, design or technology related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing with client services or SaaS environment.
