Inside Sales Rep

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Currently, izmocars is seeking an Inside Sales Rep. We are looking for a proven, quota-carrying sales HUNTER to help us grow our East and Central customer base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Managing day to day territory sales
  • Coordinating sales efforts with field sales and corporate resources
  • 30 minute hot lead follow-up, cold calling, and closing
  • Forecasting opportunities and issue resolution
  • Hunting for new business
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Retaining current customer base
  • Up-selling and cross-selling of the entire izmocars stack
  • Participating in the development of a Territory Sells Plan through proven methods
  • Quota attainment and meeting individual and team MBOs
  • Community and Industry involvement

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Must be able to meet aforementioned responsibilities
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
  • Building satisfied, loyal and reference-able customers
  • 2+ years in software and/or applications sales selling primarily to the VP/CxO level (ideally in
    an Enterprise Sales company, SaaS, Web, CRM or B2B company)
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals desired but not required
  • Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Automotive industry experience desired but not required

Compensation:

Compensation includes a completive base salary plus bonus
