Director, Implementation Services

Key leadership position responsible for providing strategic leadership and daily operational management of the implementation services team for the Accessories and Service divisions of izmocars.

The Director, Implementation Services will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of our products and managing our rapidly growing consulting team. We have a strong emphasis on our customer’s success and are looking for someone who can not only absorb and apply the best practices enshrined in our implementation process, but build on them.

This job requires plenty of experience working in dealerships, with an in-depth understanding of the sales, parts, and service departments. It requires a passion for process implementation through management, training, and leading by example, and an attitude of not accepting NO for an answer.

Due to the nature of the job including training and mentoring of company consultants and consultation provided to the dealerships, this position requires travel.

The candidate must be proficient with computers and should have the knowledge to develop and work with reporting tools. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is very important.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in dealership management and operations
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a mid to large size dealer group
• Leadership experience in a senior-level position implementing processes within dealerships.
• Ability to attract, retain and develop strong talent and build a positive organizational and team culture; lead, manage, motivate and mentor a high-performing team
• Change management leadership experience
• Exceptional communicator with superior presentation skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships (both internal & external) across all levels of an organization. Ability to present to C-level audiences and large groups
